Cisco MGM Client Error and Warning Messages

Error Message EID-960: Failed to change the circuit state.

Recommended Action Check if the Cisco MGM server is up and running. Try again when the server is available.

Error Message EID-961: The circuit name already exists. Enter a unique circuit name.

Recommended Action Enter unique circuit name.

Error Message EID-962: No active NEs are available.

Recommended Action Launch the Circuit Table only on NEs available for circuit creation.

Error Message EID-963: Circuit is incomplete cannot be traced.

Recommended Action Launch a circuit trace for active circuits only.

Error Message EID-964: The requested search criteria did not return any data.

Error Message EID-967: Failed to change the customer ID.

Recommended Action Verify that the Cisco MGM server is up and running.

Error Message EID-968: Failed to change the service ID.

Recommended Action Verify that the Cisco MGM server is up and running.

Error Message EID-969: The source NE of this circuit is not in the user domain.

Recommended Action Verify that the source NE is in the user domain.

Error Message EID-971: Failed to retrieve TUG2s.

Recommended Action Verify that there are available in-service TUG2s on the selected VC3.

Error Message EID-971: When 'Ignore All Circuit Names' is not selected, at least one circuit name must be added to the Selected Names list.

Recommended Action Add at least one circuit name to the Selected Names list.

Error Message EID-972: Failed to retrieve VC12s.

Recommended Action Verify that there are available in-service VC12s on the selected object.
