reasons. If the problem persists, contact Cisco technical support.
Error Message EID-1054: Error occurred while reversing the span.
Recommended Action The Details button shows the reason for not reversing the span. Review the
reasons. If the problem persists, contact Cisco technical support.
Error Message EID-1055: Error occurred while setting the protect ports.
Recommended Action Click the Details button to view the reason for the failure. Correct the error and
retry or contact your system administrator.
Error Message EID-1056: Error occurred while retrieving the working spans for the
map update.
Recommended Action The ring model might not exist in the server. Close the table; then, relaunch it
and try to upgrade again.
