Cisco MGM Server Error Messages

Error Message EID-3016: Cannot register for events.

Recommended Action Open the Control Panel. Expand MGM and PM Service. Stop and restart the PM service. If the problem persists, contact the Cisco MGM administrator.

Error Message EID-3017: Cannot open tables.

Recommended Action Open the Control Panel. Expand MGM and PM Service. Stop and restart the PM service. If the problem persists, contact the Cisco MGM administrator.

Error Message EID-3019: Cannot retrieve information for new NE value.

Recommended Action Delete the NE from Cisco MGM. Add the NE again; then, enable PM after the NE is reachable. If the problem persists, contact the Cisco MGM administrator.

Error Message EID-3021: Cannot collect PM information from value. Value Retries

failed (HTTP error: string).

Recommended Action Wait for the next PM cycle. If the problem persists, open the MGMServer.cfg file and change the pm-wait-period value from 10000 to 30000. If the problem still persists, contact the Cisco MGM administrator.

Error Message EID-3022: Cannot collect PM information from string. Data format error. Received Data= string.

Recommended Action Contact the Cisco MGM administrator.

Error Message EID-3024: Error in parsing ETM XML.

Recommended Action If you are having operational problems, contact Cisco technical support with this error message. Otherwise, ignore this error message; no action is required.

Error Message EID-3025: Error in parsing ETM XML.
