The computer automatically detects most new equipment and installs any needed device drivers. If you connect new equipment that does not work as expected,
This chapter describes connecting the following external desktop equipment:
■Serial device, such as a serial mouse or a modem
■Parallel device, such as a printer
■External monitor
■External keyboard, numeric keypad, PS/2 mouse, or other pointing device
■MultiBay Expansion Base and
■Security cable lock (attaching to the computer or to the expansion bases)
