Operation The P power light is on but nothing prints. Nothing prints and the control panel lights are on or flashing. The printer sounds like it is printing, but nothing prints. 9-10 The self test prints well, but nothing prints from an application program. A SC 850 (or SC 850 (AT))cannot be used error appears. (Macintosh only) Printing starts too high or too low on the page. 9-12 Color documents print out in black and white. Print speed is not what you expect. Something on the page is wrong or missing. 9-14 The New Hardware Found screen appears even though the printer software has already been installed. Printing quality is not what you expect. 9-22 Colors are different from what you expect. Colors are not very vibrant. 9-24 Dots are missing in printed characters or graphics. Photographic images look grainy or rough. The Status Monitor 2 window does not appear when you are using Windows 95. 9-26 When you clean the print heads using the Head Cleaning utility, the output quality does not improve.
