Color dots are missing in printed characters or graphics. The printed color image has gaps or faint areas.
Cause What to do
The color print head nozzles
are clogged. Clean the color print head. See
“Cleaning the Print Heads” later in
this chapter.
For DOS users:
The Network I/F mode is set
to Off. Set the Network I/F mode to On in
the default-setting m ode. To enter the
default-setting mode, see “Changing
the Print Settings” in Appendix A.
