Uninstalling Printer Software (for Windows 95 only)

If you need to uninstall the EPSON printer driver and utilities

for Windows 95, follow the instructions below.

1. Double-click the My Computer icon and double-click the

Control Panel icon.

2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.

3. Select EPSON Printer Software to uninstall the printer driver,

or select EPSON Status Monitor 2 to uninstall the utility

from the software list.

4. Click Add/Remove. If you are uninstalling printer software,

a dialog box appears and you need to select the printer icon

for the driver you want to uninstall.

5. Follow the instructions on the screen to uninstall the

software.

Operation The P power light is on but nothing prints. Nothing prints and the control panel lights are on or flashing. The printer sounds like it is printing, but nothing prints. 9-10 The self test prints well, but nothing prints from an application program. A SC 850 (or SC 850 (AT))cannot be used error appears. (Macintosh only) Printing starts too high or too low on the page. 9-12 Color documents print out in black and white. Print speed is not what you expect. Photographic images look grainy or rough. The Status Monitor 2 window does not appear when you are using Windows 95. 9-26 When you clean the print heads using the Head Cleaning utility, the output quality does not improve.
