•Card Slots. Eight slots are available for WAN cards, DSP Resource Cards, DS1 cards, and the CPU/ System Controller Card.

•Power Inlet. Inlet for which you insert the supplied AC power cord. The unit requires 110-240 VAC.

•On/Off Power: A switch to turn power on and off.

•Strain Relief Mount. The Strain Relief Mount enables you to connect the power cord strain relief to the unit. A power cord strain relief is a plastic device designed to avoid accidental power down of the Tenor CMS (i.e., if the power cord is accidentally pulled, the strain relief will relieve pressure put on the cord.)

•Fuse. Replaceable fuse. See Chapter 8: Diagnostics/Maintenance for more information.

•Supplementary Earth Ground. A supplementary earth ground connection is provided.

•Wrist Strap Ground Socket. Socket available in which to connect an ESD wrist strap for ESD protec- tion.
