BLENDER RECIPES
1can (11.5– 12 oz.)
(345–360 g) frozen cranberry
juice cocktail concentrate
1large seedless orange, peeled
and sectioned
1cup (250 ml) vodka
1teaspoon (5 ml) grated
orange peel
6cups (1.5 liters) ice cubes
CHEF’S BLENDER
Place ingredients in blender jar. Cover and blend at High 15 to 20 seconds, or until slushy.
BAR BLENDER
Follow directions for Chef’s Blender. The Bar Blender runs at the equivalent of High speed
in the “On” position.
Yield: 6 servings (1 cup [250 ml] per serving).
