BLENDER RECIPES

unsweetened raspberries,
thawed
1tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
2 tablespoons (30 ml)
balsamic vinegar
14cup (60 ml) water
12cup (125 ml) vegetable oil
CHEF’S BLENDER
Place ingredients in blender jar. Cover and blend at Low 15 to 20 seconds, or until smooth.
BAR BLENDER
Place ingredients in blender jar. Cover and blend at Pulse 2 times, 8 to 10 seconds each
time, or until smooth.
Yield: 8 servings (2 tablespoons [30 ml] per serving).
