BLENDER RECIPES
1cup (250 ml) tequila
14cup (60 ml) orange-flavoured
liqueur
1cup (250 ml) fresh lime juice
1cup (250 ml) superfine sugar
(see tips on page 21)
1–2 teaspoons (5–10 ml) grated
lime peel
6cups (1.5 liters) ice cubes
CHEF’S BLENDER
Place ingredients in blender jar. Cover and blend at High 15 to 20 seconds, or until slushy.
BAR BLENDER
Follow directions for Chef’s Blender. The Bar Blender runs at the equivalent of High speed
in the “On” position.
Yield: 6 servings (1 cup [250 ml] per serving).

directions above.
