Understanding printer menus		168
	Use	To
	Audio Feedback2	Set the audio volume for the buttons.
	Button Feedback	Notes:
	On	• On is the factory default setting for Button Feedback.
	Off
		• 5 is the factory default setting for Volume.
	Volume
	1–10
	Show Bookmarks2	Determine whether the Bookmarks icon is displayed.
	Yes	Notes:
	No	• Yes is the factory default setting.
		• The Bookmarks icon appears in the Held Jobs area. If Show
		Bookmarks is set to No, then the Held Jobs icon is
		displayed only on the home screen if one or more held jobs
		exist on the printer.
	Web Page Refresh Rate2	Specify the number of seconds between Embedded Web Server
	30–300	refreshes.
		Note: 120 seconds is the factory default setting.
	Contact Name2	Specify a contact name for the printer.
	Location2	Specify the location of the printer.
		Note: The location will be stored on the Embedded Web Server.
	Alarms	Set an alarm to sound when the printer requires user
	Alarm Control	intervention.
	Cartridge Alarm	For each alarm type, select from the following options:
		Off
		Single
		Continuous
		Notes:
		• For touch‑screen printer models, touch Cartridge Alarm,
		and then select from the options.
		• Single is the factory default setting. This setting sets the
		alarm as three quick beeps.
		• Off means no alarm will sound.
		• Continuous repeats three beeps every 10 seconds.
	Timeouts	Specify the number of minutes of inactivity before the system
	Standby Mode2	enters a lower power state.
	Disabled	Note: 15 minutes is the factory default setting.
