Email Login Error, SMTP Login Failed

The printer failed to log in to the SMTP server. Verify that the user name and password settings are correct, and then press OK to continue.

Email Size Limit

Error 016-985

Press OK

The scan job is too large to send. Increase the Max Email Size setting, and then scan the job again. If the message appears again, lower the scan resolution to decrease the job size.

Fan Motor Error

Error 042-3xx

Restart Printer

1Turn the printer off.

2Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

3Check all cable connections.

4Connect the power cord to a properly grounded outlet.

5Turn the printer back on.

If the service message appears again, contact Customer Support, and report the message.

Fuser CRUM Error, Reseat Fuser

The fuser is missing or not installed correctly. Install or reseat the fuser.
