Using MFP menus

HTML Menu

These menu items are used to change the printer HTML settings.

Menu item	Purpose	Values and descriptions
Font Name	Sets the default font for HTML	Albertus MT	Intl CG Times
	documents.	Antique Olive	Intl Courier
	Note: Times will be used in HTML	Apple Chancery	Intl Univers

Font Size	Sets the default font size for HTML	1–255 pt (12 pt*)	Select point sizes from 1 to 255 points
	documents.		in 1 point increments.
Scale	Scales the default font for HTML	1–400% (100%*)	Select scale sizes from 1 to 400% in
	documents.		1% increments.
Orientation	Sets the page orientation for HTML	Portrait*	Portrait—Prints text and graphics
	documents.	Landscape	parallel to the short edge of the paper.
			Landscape—Prints text and graphics
			parallel to the long edge of the paper.

Margin Size	Sets the page margin for HTML	8–255 mm (19 mm*)	Sets the margin from 8 to 255 mm in
	documents.		1 mm increments.
Backgrounds	Specifies whether to print	Print*	Print—Prints HTML backgrounds.
	backgrounds in HTML documents.	Do Not Print	Do Not Print—Does not print HTML
			backgrounds.

Image Menu

These menu items are used to change the size or orientation of a printed image or to invert a printed image.

Menu item	Purpose	Values and descriptions
Auto Fit	Selects optimal print media size,	On*	Note: When set to On, this setting
	scaling, and orientation.	Off	overrides the scaling setting and can
			override the orientation setting for
			some images.
Invert	Inverts bi-tonal monochrome	On	Note: Does not apply to GIF or JPEG.
	images.	Off*
