Using MFP menus

Speaker Settings

Menu item	Purpose	Values and descriptions
Speaker Mode	Specifies how long the speaker	Always Off	The speaker is set off.
	remains on.
		Always On	The speaker is set on.
		On until Connected*	The speaker is on until the fax
			connection is made.
Speaker Volume	Specifies the volume setting.	Low	The speaker volume is low.
		High*	The speaker volume is high.
Ringer Volume	Sets the MFP fax speaker	On*	The speaker volume is on.
	ringer volume.
		Off	The speaker volume is off.

Single Ring	Answers calls with a single ring	On*	The single ring pattern is set on.
