5Under Form Size, enter the form’s dimensions in the fields for Width and Length. In the case of 12x18 in. paper, you would enter 12.0 under Width and 18.0 under Length.
6Specify the appropriate units of measurement.
7Click the Add button to add the form to the Defined User Forms list, and then click OK to return to Printer Properties.
8In Properties, under the Paper tab, make sure that your new custom form is displayed in the Form Type field.
9Open your program and print your document.
•If you are using a PCL (Printer Control Language) driver:
1In your computer, go to Start Settings Control Panel.

3Click the Paper tab. Under Custom Forms, click New Size.
4Enter the name of the custom form you are defining.
5Specify the form type as Paper.
6Specify the appropriate units of measurement.
7Enter the appropriate dimensions for Width and Length.
8Click OK to define the form and return to Printer Properties.
9In Properties, under the Paper tab, make sure that your new custom form is displayed in the Form Size field.
10Open your program and print your document.
For Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows XP:
1In your computer, go to Start Settings Control Panel. For Windows XP and Windows XP Professional, go to Start Control Panel.
2Go to the Printers folder, and select File Server Properties. For Windows XP and Windows XP Professional, go to Printers and Other Hardware and select Printers and Faxes. Select File Server Properties.
3Select the Forms tab, and then click the Create a new form box.
4In the Form Description For field, enter a name for the custom form that you are defining. For example, enter Custom 12x18 in.
5Under Measurements, enter the appropriate dimensions and margins for the form, as well as the units of measurement, Click Save Form to add the new form.
6Click OK to return to the Printers folder.
