Canceling/Checking the Communication Document

Note

·The communication re- served documents will be displayed in chronologi- cal order. Press [ ] [ ] to change the screen.

Note

·[BrdCast] will be dis- played for Group Trans- mission and Broadcast Transmission.

Note

·If the selected commu- nication document was currently being commu- nicated, communication will be canceled.

·Press RESET to return to the standby screen.

·When a “BrdCast” com- munication document is deleted, all of the broadcast locations are deleted. The destina- tions specified for the broadcast cannot be in- dividually deleted.

2Press [Delayed Commands].

3 The communication reserved document will be displayed.

4To cancel the communication, select the communication docu- ment to be canceled.

5Press [Yes]. The selected com- munication document is deleted.

6Press [Enter] to return to the list of communication reserved document.
