Note

You can review and delete the locations with this operation only in the case of step 4 for “Performing broadcast transmissions” (see page 3-58). If the transmission has started, refer to “Canceling/Check- ing the Communication Document” on page 3-28.

(1)Select the location you want to delete.

(2)Press [Yes] to delete the se- lected location.

(3)Back to the screen at step 2, repeat step 1 to 2 until you finish deleting all the unnec- essary locations.

For speed-dials, you can delete broadcast destinations by just pressing the corresponding receiving parties in the Ad- dress Book list.
