Transmission confirmation report setting

Select “ON” for this setting to have the machine print out a transmission confirmation report for each transmission. This can be set to “ON” or “OFF” for each fax.

Note

When you do not want to print out a report temporarily after setting it to [ON], select [OFF] in the following setting for “Is- suing a one-off transmission report”.

Note

Press RESET to return to the standby screen.

1Press SETTING.

2Press [Fax Functions].

3Press [Default Settings].

4Press [Tx Report].

5(1)Press [ON] to automatically print out a transmission re- port each time a fax is sent.

(2)Press [Enter].

6Transmission report is now set.
