Specifying Transmission Time

(Delayed Transmission)

This function enables you to set the time and date for transmission. It will help you to save money if you send faxes early in the morning, late at night or any other time when phone charges are lower.

Operating tips

●You can specify a time and date up to a month ahead. The document for delayed transmission is stored in the memory until the speciﬁed time, at which point the transmission will start.

●If real time transmission is speciﬁed, the document will remain loaded until the speciﬁed time, so you will not be able to send any other faxes.

●This can also be speciﬁed in combination with other functions (broadcasts, polling, F-code transmissions, F-code polling, fax & copy).
