Transmitting Fax to Multiple Recipients (Broadcast)

Press [Enter] after speci- fying the location using the numeric keypad.

Methods for specifying the location are as follows:

·Specify using the numer- ic keypad (see page 3-8)

·Specify using the one- touch keys (see page 3-10)

·Specify using speed-dial (see page 3-10)

·Specify using the Address Book (see page 3-12)

·Press [Location] to review the selected loca- tion. For details, refer to “Reviewing and deleting selected locations” next page.

·If you specified the re- ceiving party using the speed-dials, and the receiving party corre- sponding to the number input is already speci- fied in the broadcast, “Already stored” will be displayed.

Note

·Press RESET to stop the transmission.

·Press STOP to stop the scanning.
