Setting date and time formats
Formats Preferences enables you to select number conventions based on geographic regions. For example, in the United Kingdom, time often is expressed using a
1.Go to Applications 
and select Prefs 
.
2.Select Formats.
3.Set any of the following preferences:
•Preset to: The standard number conventions for your country. When you select a country, the other Formats Preferences are automatically set to that country’s conventions. You can also edit each option individually.
•Time: The time format. Select HH:MM to display a
•Date: The date format.
•Week starts: The first day of the week (usually Sunday or Monday).
•Numbers: The format for numbers with decimal points and commas.
4.Select Done.
The Week starts setting controls the Day, Week, Month, Year, and List Views in Calendar and all other aspects of your smartphone that display a calendar.
