FF1 (System): Extension Class of Service Setting (CPC-AII and CPC-B
Version 3.01 or higher)
FF3 (Extension): Extension Class of Service Setting ( CPC-AII and CPC-B
Version 3.01 or higher)
Considerations
Up to four Message Waiting/Callback Requests can be sent to one
extension.
If you call an extension a second time and the par ty answers, a Message
Waiting/Callback Request you sent earlier will be cancelled.
If a Message Waiting/Callback Request is sent to an extension that has
Call Forwarding enabled, the Callback Request is automatically forwarded
to the designated extension.
You can send a Message Waiting/Callback Request to an extension that
has Do Not Disturb or Absence Message activated.
Beginning with CPC-A 3.28, CPC-B 4.07, and CPC-A II 6.0, making a
blind transfer to an extension to which you have previously sent a callback
request does not cancel your callback request. Earlier CPC versions
cancelled your callback request if you transferred a call to the same
extension.
