*1 If pressed within the first 5 seconds of the beginning of the message, the previous message will be played.

If you have subscribed to a Caller ID service
During playback, the display shows the number and/or name of the caller whose message is being played.
You can call back the displayed number using the cordless handset.
1.Press *(centre of joystick) during playback.
2.Select “Call Back”, then press ,.
LThe cordless handset stops playback and
automatically dials the telephone number.
LIf you need to edit the telephone number to return the call, select “Edit for Call” in step 2, then press ,. Edit the number (page 40), then press ,to call back.

To set the remote operation ID

To change the ring setting in TAM/FAX mode
To change the number of rings before the unit answers a call in TAM/FAX mode. You can select “Auto”, “2 Rings” (default), “3 Rings”, “4 Rings”, “5 Rings”, “6 Rings” or “7 Rings”. See page 51 for details.

To change the maximum recording time for incoming messages
“1 Minute”: Up to 1 minute.
“No Limit” (default): Unlimited within the voice memory capacity (page 107).
“Greeting Only”: The unit plays the greeting message but does not record caller messages.
