7Operation using the SEARCH buttons

With the unit in the standby mode, press one of the SEARCH buttons (1, Á).

ÖEach time the button is pressed, the disc will move one frame in the indicated direction.

7Fonctionnement à l’aide des touches SEARCH

Quand l’appareil est en mode d’attente, appuyer une fois sur les touches SEARCH (1, Á).

ÖA chaque poussée sur la touche, le disque se déplace d’une image dans le sens indiqué par la flèche.

Setting a Cue Point

Réglage d’un point d’attaque

Once a cue point is recorded in the memory, pressing the CUE button causes the unit to enter the playback standby mode at the cue point.

Une fois qu’un point d’attaque est mémorisé, une poussée sur la touche CUE fait passer l’appareil en mode d’attente de lecture à ce point précis.

1.During playback, when the disc comes to the point you wish to cue, press the PLAY/PAUSE button (6) to enter standby mode.

2.Rotate the jog dial to search for the desired location.

ÖTo set the cue point while listening to the sound, use the jog dial to return the disc to a point just before the point at which you wish to begin playback from the cue. (The sound heard in the audible pause mode is the cue point.)

3.When the frame number or the audible sound reaches the desired cueing point, press the CUE button.

ÖWhen the sound is muted and the cue indicator (CUE) lights, the cue point has been stored in memory.

ÖEach time a new cue point is stored in memory, any previously stored cue point is erased.

1.Pendant la lecture, quand le disque arrive à un point qu’on désire localiser, appuyer sur la touche PLAY/PAUSE (6) pour passer en mode d’attente.

2.Tourner la molette pas-à-pas pour rechercher l’endroit souhaité.

ÖPour définir un point d’attaque en écoutant le son, se servir de la molette pour ramener le disque à un point juste avant celui auquel on désire commencer la lecture. (Le son entendu en mode de pause audi- ble est le point d’attaque.)

3.Appuyer sur la touche CUE quand le numéro d’image ou le son audible arrive au point d’attaque souhaité.

ÖLorsque le son est mis en sourdine et que l’indicateur CUE s’allume, le point d’attaque a été mémorisé.

ÖLe fait de mémoriser un nouveau point d’attaque a pour conséquence d’effacer un point d’attaque préalablement mémorisé.
