Using the Print Job List

Print files stored in the machine can be printed. You can select the print files from the Complete List or List Per User ID screen.

The screen that appears depends on the [Initial Print Job List] setting made under [Printer Features], [System].

Selecting the Initial Print Job List

For the print job list, select one of the two display types:

• Complete List: displays a list of saved print jobs.

• List Per User ID: displays a list of user IDs.

APress the {User Tools/Counter} key.

The User Tools / Counter menu appears.

BPress [Printer Features].

The Printer Features menu appears.

COn the [System] tab, press [Initial Print Job List].

DSelect either [Complete List] or [List Per User ID].

After configuring the settings, the selected type of print job list is displayed.
