From the Start menu, select Windows Media.

From the library, select a category → a file.

Select Menu → Queue Up.

Repeat steps 2-3 to add more files to the playlist.

Select Menu → Now Playing.

Select Menu → Save Playlist...

Enter a title for your new playlist and select OK.

Select OK.
