Connectivity
Network connections
You can connect to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and use the connection to send and receive email messages and to browse the internet. You can also connect to any private network, such as a corporate network you use at work.
The network settings for internet connections are preconfigured by your service provider.

1 | Obtain the following information from your network |
| administrator: server phone number, user name, and |

From the Start menu, select Settings → Connections | |
| → Connections. |
3 | In My Work Network, set up a modem, VPN server |
4 | connection, or proxy server. |
When the connection is successfully configured, run | |
| the Internet Explorer to begin browsing the internet. |
Your device will automatically attempt to connect.

To disconnect,
•When connected via
•When connected via ISP, open the shortcuts panel,
select the icon → Wireless Manager. The wireless manager screen appears. Select All Data Connection and Disconnect.
•When connected via a cable, detach your device from the computer by disconnecting the cable.
•When connected via a modem or a network (Ethernet) card, remove the card from your device.
