HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS | 3 tbsp | Wholegrain mustard |

8 | Chicken drumsticks (or 4 full | 2 tbsp | Honey |

| chicken legs) | 2 tbsp | Lemon juice |

4 tbsp | Olive oil | 1 tbsp | Szechwan sauce |

METHOD
Wipe chicken with kitchen paper. Cut two or three deep slashes in the flesh of each drumstick. Place them in a flat glass or ceramic dish. Mix together mustard, honey, szechwan sauce, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix with the chicken. Leave to marinate in a cool place, turning occasionally, for several hours or overnight in the fridge.
