Example 1: Setting periods using TIME PERIOD A and

TIME PERIOD B

zTIME PERIOD A settings Set T1 to 6 AM (6:00)

zTIME PERIOD B settings Set T1 to 6 AM (6:00)

Set T2 to 8 AM (8:00) Set T3 to 2:30 PM (14:30) Set T4 to 8 PM (20:00)

1 Press the [MENU] button.

The MENU indicator lights up and the <MAIN MENU> is displayed.

2 Turn the jog dial to select “1. INITIAL SET”, and then turn the shuttle dial clockwise.

The <INITIAL SET> screen is displayed.

3 Turn the jog dial to select “5. TIME PERIOD SET”, and then turn the shuttle dial clockwise.

The <TIME PERIOD SET> screen is displayed.

4 Turn the jog dial to select “TIME PERIOD A”, and then turn the shuttle dial clockwise.

“00:” from T1 flashes (indicating the hour).

5 Turn the jog dial to set T1(hours) to “06” (hours), and then turn the shuttle dial clockwise.

“:00” from T1 flashes (indicating the minutes).

6 Turn the jog dial to set T1 (minutes) to “00” (minutes), and then turn the shuttle dial clockwise.

“00:” from T2 flashes (indicating the hour).

7 Turn the jog dial to set T2 (hours) to “11” (hours), and then turn the shuttle dial clockwise.

“:00” from T2 flashes (indicating the minutes).
