Consultation / Transferring a Call

With your Gigaset 1054, you can set up not only internal but also external consultation calls, as long as the 2nd telephone line is available. This can be used, for example, to consult with an external business partner.

Fundamentally, an

internal consultation is initiated with the digit keys R 99, while an external consultation is initiated with R 90 .

Initiate Internal Consultation:

bYou are engaged in an external call.

Push these keys to place the call on hold.

Dial the internal station number.

or Ring all Internal Stations Simultaneously:

Push this key.

6 You will hear the internal ring tone; a station answers. You are connected to the internal station.

Transfer the Call:

aHang up the handset; if the transfer is not successful, a recall occurs

or Terminate the Internal Consultation:

R 8

Push these keys;

You are reconnected to the external station. You continue

with the external call.

or Initiate an External Consultation Call:

bYou are engaged in an external call.

Push this key to seize a trunk line.

Enter the external telephone number you wish to call.

You will hear the external ring tone; the station answers. You are connected to the external station.

Terminate the External Consultation:

Push these keys.

You are reconnected to the original station.
