Set Internal Call Forwarding

You can forward an external call to another internal station. The call can only be forwarded to a station which has call forwarding activated.

Placing a Call on Hold

You can place an existing call on hold, for instance in order to consult with someone in the room.

bYou are engaged in an external or internal call.

R	9	Push these keys to place the call on hold.
R	8	Push these keys to retrieve the call from hold.

Note:

While the call is on hold, you can initiate additional switching functions; you can, for example

●Carry on a confidential consultation call.

●Transfer the call on hold to the consultation partner.

●Toggle between the call on hold and the consultation call (Toggle, see page 128).

●Set up a 3-way conference call (see page 128) (with the call which is on hold and the consul- tation partner).
