Operation with Comfort Mobile Unit Telephone Book
Up to about 100 entries can be stored in the electronic telephone book of the Comfort mobile
unit (58 when all spaces are used; names up to 16 characters, tel.numbers up to 22 characters).
Before using the “Telephone book” menu, please read the chapter “Menu Techniques” which
describes how to enter digits and letters.
There are two ways to activate the telephone book.
If you want to dial a telephone number from the telephone book, use the dialog key “TEL.BOOK.
If you want to make new entries, or change or delete entries, push the ß key and then select
the menu point “Telephone book.
Dialing from the Telephone Book:
To dial, you can activate the telephone book
directly, using the dialog key TEL.BOOK
Push this key to dial the selected name
(page 94).
Editing the Telephone Book:
Push the F-key in idle state;
The main menu appears
In the main menu, select “Telephone Book”
with OK
The menu to edit the telephone book
appears (entire menu is at left).
Using NEXT / OK, you can select and edit
the following options :
Dialing from the telephone book
(see also the corresponding procedure).
Enter new names with telephone numbers
in the telephone book.
First the telephone number ...
... then the name.
Entries are sorted alphabetically in the tele-
phone book.
Note:
Using the prefix, “*“ or “#“ when entering the name, you can ensure that important
entries are placed at the beginning of your telephone book.
If no automatic line seizure is activated, the first digit entered
must be the line code (0,1 or 2)
