bit 4 - Message Available bit, MAV, set

 

 

when a response to a query is available in

- LBA-PC Event Status bit, LSB, set

 

 

whenever an unmasked LBA-PC event

All other IEEE 488.2 common commands are not recognized by the LBA-PC and will return a Command Error.
