9.Display the list of firmware image files on the switch to confirm that the file was loaded.

SANbox Manager (admin) $>image list

10.Unpack the firmware image file to install the new firmware in flash memory.

SANbox Manager (admin) $>image unpack filename

11.Wait for the unpack to complete.

image unpack command result: Passed

12.A message will prompt you to reset the switch to activate the firmware. Resetting the switch is disruptive. Use the Hotreset command to attempt a non-disruptive activation.

SANbox Manager (admin) $>hotreset

Examples The following is an example of the Image Install command:

SANbox Manager (admin) #> image install

Warning: Installing new firmware requires a switch reset.

Continuing with this action will terminate all management sessions, including any Telnet sessions. When the firmware activation is complete,

you may log in to the switch again. Do you want to continue? [y/n]: y

Press 'q' and the ENTER

key to abort this command.
