Running a Reputation Full System Scan
Whenyou perform a Full System Scan, Norton 360
scansall the Files of Interest that are available on your
computer.This fileset includes the files that relate to
therunning processes, startup files, and loaded
programs.
Torun a Reputation Full System Scan
1Inthe Norton 360 main window, click PC Security,
andthen click Run Scans.
2Inthe Scans window, under Reputation Scan, click
FullSystem Scan.
3ClickGo.
Inthe Reputation Scan window, you can analyze
thetrust level, prevalence, resource usage, and
stabilityof the scanned items.
4Ifthere is a file with Poor or Bad trust level, under
theTrust Level column, click the red cross (x) icon.
5Inthe Quarantine File window, click Quarantine
thisfile.
6Inthe Manual Quarantine window, click Add.
7ClickClose.
8Inthe NortonReputation Scan window, click Close.
Running a Reputation Quick Scan
Whenyou perform a Quick Scan, Norton 360 scans
onlythe running processes and the loaded programs.
ReputationQuick Scan does not scan your entire
computerand it takes lesser time to run than a
ReputationFull System Scan.
Torun a Reputation Quick Scan
1Inthe Norton 360 main window, click PC Security,
andthen click Run Scans.
2Inthe Scans window, under Reputation Scan, click
QuickScan.
