About problems during activation

Ifyou cannot connect to the Symantec servers to
activateyour product, first check your Internet
connection.You then need to see if you have parental
controlsoftware, either installed or through your ISP,
thatmight block the connection.
Aconnectivity problem can occur if you use parental
controlsoftware. If you suspect that parental controls
mightblock the connection, you can configure the
parentalcontrols so that they do not block the
activationprocedure. You need to log in to your
parentalcontrol software or to the Internet through
yourISP as an administrator to change your
configuration.
Ifyou use a proxy server to connect to the Internet,
youmust configure the proxy settings. To configure
theproxy settings, go to the Norton 360 main window,
andthen click Settings > Administrative Settings >
NetworkProxy Settings > Configure.
About your Norton Account
Whenyou create a Norton Account, you can manage
allof your Norton products in one place. You can store
yourproduct keys in your Norton Account and also
buyadditional product keys. You can also register your
