Configuring boot time protection

Theboot time protection feature provides enhanced
securitylevel from the time you start your computer.
Assoon as you start your computer, Norton 360 starts
Auto-Protectand all required drivers and plug-ins start
functioning.This feature ensures higher level of
securityfrom the moment you turn on your computer.
Toconfigure boot time protection
1Inthe Norton 360 main window, click Settings.
2Inthe Settings window, under Detailed Settings,
clickAntivirus.
3Inthe BootTime Protection row, click on one of the
settings.Your options are:
1Aggressive
1Normal
1Off
4ClickApply, and then click Close.
Running a scan at the command prompt
Youcan scan with Norton 360 from the command
promptwithoutopening the Norton 360 main window.
Youtype the path and name of the file that you want
toscan or customize the scan by adding a specific
command.The following commands are available:

andterminates.
