Whenyou insert an optical disc that contains the
backed-upfiles, the Autorun Restore feature
automaticallyopens the Portable Restore window.
wIfyou disable Windows auto-run option, you must
manuallylaunch the Autorun Restore feature.
ThePortable Restore window provides you the
followinginformation:
1Thename of the backup set
1Thesize of the backed-up files
1Thedate and time you backed up the files
Youcan select the files that you want to restore. You
canrestore the files to their original location. By
default,Autorun restores the files you select to
C:\RestoredFiles\. You can customize the location
whereyou want to restore the selected files.
Youcan also launch the Norton 360 main window if
Norton360 version 3.0 or later is installed on your
computer.If Norton 360 version 3.0 or later is not
installedon your computer, Autorun tells you that the
productis not installed on your computer.

Norton360 Autorun Restore lets you restore your files
backed-upon an optical disk. Autorun can restore your
backed-upfiles to a computer that does not have
Norton360 installed on it.
Youcan restore your backed-up files to their original
locationsor custom locations. You can also use the
LaunchNorton 360 option in the Portable Restore
windowto open the Norton 360 main window. Norton
360version 3.0 or later must be installed on your
computerto open Norton 360.
