Turningoff or turning on Pulse Updates

PulseUpdates provide frequent, lightweight updates
every5 minutes in between the full updates. Always
ensurethat the Pulse Updates option is turned on. It
protectsyou from the latest threats without
compromisingyour system performance or disrupting
youronline experience.
Youmust be connected to the Internet to obtain latest
definitionupdates by using Pulse Updates. You can
turnon or turn off Pulse Updates only if Automatic
LiveUpdateis turned on.
Toturn off or turn on Pulse Updates
1Inthe Norton 360 main window, click Settings.
2Inthe Settings window, under Detailed Settings,
clickAntivirus.
3Inthe Antivirus settings window, click
Antispywareand Updates.
4UnderAutomaticLiveUpdate, in the Pulse Updates
row,do one of the following:
1Toturn off Pulse Updates, move the On/Off
switchto the right to the Off position.
1Toturn on Pulse Updates, move the On/Off
switchto the left to the On position.
5Inthe Settings window, click Apply.
6ClickClose.
