You can use the IdleTimeOptimizer option to optimize the boot volume during idle time. By default, this option is turned on.

To turn off Idle Time Optimizer

1In the Norton 360 main window, click Settings.

2In the Settings window, under Detailed Settings, click Administrative Settings.

3In the Idle Time Optimizer row, move the On/Off switch to the right to the Off position.

4Click Apply, and then click Close.

To turn on Idle Time Optimizer

1In the Norton 360 main window, click Settings.
