Norton360 turns off Quiet Mode
whenthe disk burning session
orTV program recording session
iscomplete. Norton 360 also
turnsoff Quiet Mode when it
stopsdetecting running
instancesof the programs that
youincluded in the Quiet Mode
Programslist.
QuietMode
TheNorton 360 icon displays the turn-on status of
SilentMode in the notification area, at the far right of
thetaskbar. The icon changes to a crescent-patterned
iconwhen Silent Mode is turned on. Norton 360 also
notifiesyou after Silent Mode is turned off.
Youcan view the summary of the Silent Mode sessions
underthe Recent History,Full History, and Silent
Modecategories in the drop-down list of the Show
optionin the Security History window.
