AboutIdentity Safe vaults
Youcan create one local vault for each Windows user
accounton your computer. The data that you save and
theIdentity Safe settings that you make are specific to
thatlocal vault. You cannot access the data that you
savein one Windows user account from another
Windowsuser account. This way Identity Safe protects
yoursensitive data from misuse by multiple users of
yourcomputer.
Symantecrecommends that you create separate
password-protectedWindows user accounts if you want
toshare your computer with multiple users.
Inaddition to the local vault that you create on a
Windowsuser account, you can save your Identity Safe
datain online vault. When you move your Identity Safe
datafrom local vault to online vault, the data in your
localvault is permanently removed. The Identity Safe
datais stored online using your Norton Account.
Youcan access the Identity Safe data that you stored
onlinefrom any computer that meets the following
criteria:
1Thelatest version of Norton 360 must be installed.
1Thecomputer must be connected to the Internet.
Youcan create only one online vault for a Norton
