Solving a problem using Norton Autofix
NortonAutofix performs a Quick Scan of your
computerand repairs problems without your
intervention.If a problem persists, you can use the
NortonSupport Web site for additional online support
andcontact options.
Yourcomputer must be connected to the Internet to
accessNorton Autofix. If you use a proxy server to
connectto the Internet, you must configure the proxy
settingsof Norton 360.
wIfyou do not want to proceed with the support session,
youcan use the Cancel option to bypass the scan.
Tosolve a problem if your computer is connected to the
Internet
1Inthe Norton 360 main window, click Support.
2Inthe Support drop-down menu, click GetSupport.
3Inthe Norton Autofix window, do one of the
following:
1Ifthe problem is not fixed automatically, click
OpenSupport Web Site, and follow the
on-screeninstructions to find additional support.
1Ifthe problem is fixed, click Close.
Tosolve a problem if your computer is unable to connect
tothe Internet
1Inthe Norton 360 main window, click Support.
2Inthe Support drop-down menu, click GetSupport.
3Followthe on-screen instructions in the Checking
YourConnectionwindow to attempt to correct your
