Norton360 creates an entry when a network
communicationevent matches this rule. You can
viewthe event log in the Security History window
underFirewall Activities. If you selected the
Monitoroption in the Action window, then the
Createa Security History log entry option is
automaticallychecked. You cannot uncheck the box
toturn off this option as it is the default setting.
10Check Apply this rule if you want to apply this rule
toIPv6 NAT Traversal traffic.
11Click Next, and then, in the text box, type a name
forthis rule.
12Click Next, and then review the new rule settings.
13Click Finish.
14When you have finished adding rules, click OK.
Modifying Traffic rules and Program rules
Youcan change an existing firewall rule if it does not
functionthe way that you want. You can use the Modify
optionto change the settings of an existing firewall
rule.When you change a rule, the firewall uses the new
criteriaof the modified rule to control network traffic.
Youcannot modify some of the default rules that are
read-only.However, you can view the settings of these
rulesby using the View option.

1Inthe Norton 360 main window, click Settings.
2Inthe Settings window, under Detailed Settings,
clickFirewall.
3Onthe Traffic Rules tab, select the rule that you
wantto change.
