6Caring for Your Printer

If you have a Lower Tray Assembly

1.Lift the printer up and away from the Lower Tray Assembly.

Warning The printer weighs about 43 kg. (94 lbs.) without the toner cartridges; the Lower Tray Assembly weighs 14 kg (31 lbs.). Observe standard precautions for lifting heavy objects.

2.Repack the Lower Tray Assembly in its original shipping box.
