MEASUrement:MEAS<x>:SOURCE[1]Sets or queries the source of the waveform to be measured for all types of

where <x> specifies 1 through 4.
Also sets or queries the source of the waveform to be measured “from” for all
delay or phase measurements for MEAS<x>.
