Set Emphasized Printing

Starts emphasized printing. Each line is printed twice to improve penetration of multiple-part forms and to increase print contrast. Emphasized printing cannot be used with the following:

•Superscript or subscript characters

•Block graphics mode

To return to normal print mode, use the Cancel Emphasized Printing (1B 46) command.

Cancel Emphasized Printing

Returns to normal print mode after emphasized printing.

Starts enhanced printing. Each line is printed twice to improve penetration of multiple-part forms and to increase print contrast. Enhanced printing cannot be used with the following:
