Read and Clear Tallies

Returns printer tallies for hours on and lines printed and then clears the tallies. The tallies are not cleared by the Reset (1B 5B 30) command.

The value of xxxxxxxx is the count of lines printed (in unpacked ASCII). xxH may be 30H-39H.
