EFP9800 ESC/POS Commands

The command is ignored if the value of v, b, f, or h is out of range. Any following data is processed as normal data.

Value	Range (in decimal)	Description
v	2	Fixed to 2
b	32 - 126	Beginning character code in range. (To define only 1 character, make
		b = f) b must be ≤ f.
f	32 - 126	Final character code. (To define only 1 character,
		make b = f) b must be ≤ f.
